1.Don Bosco School, Katihar is a Christian Minority Institution and as such the norms for a minority institution are applicable in the admission procedure.

2.Date of Distribution of forms: Monday 2nd March 2026 to for 1500.00(Except on Sundays and Holidays). Limited seats are available (40)

3. Eligibility Age Group: Children born between 01.08.2022 – 1.04.2023. (3 years to 3.8 years)

4.Date for Submission of Forms: 14th March 2026between (9:30 am - 1:30 pm.)

5. At the time of submission of Application forms kindly bring along the following documents.

A. 3 recent (not more than a month old) passport size photos of the candidate.

B. A recent Post card size (6x4inch) photograph of the child with the parents (without the cap).

C. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate. (Mandatory). The Form may not be accepted without the Photocopy of the Birth Certificate.

D. Proof of the Residential Address: Aadhar Card of both the parents and a child.

E. If belongs to SC/ST: Photo copy of the Cast/Tribe Certificate of the Child.

F. For Christians only: Baptism Certificate and a letter of Introduction from the Parish Priest/Pastor.

6. Failure to comply with any of the requirements mentioned above or incomplete application Form presented, may disqualify the candidate.

7. At the time of submission of Application Form, you will be given a Card mentioning the date of interaction (18th March, 2026). Both the parents MUST be present with the child for the mandatory Interaction on the specified date. No other person will be allowed for the Interaction.

8. The Interaction is no guarantee for Admission. Failure to turn up for Interaction on the specified date and time will disqualify the candidate.

9. More information will be displayed on notice board on the day of interaction.

10. Original Birth Certificate_from Municipality are to be brought at the time of interaction. They will be given back after verification.

11. The final selection is based on the application Form, verification of documents, and the Interaction with the parents and candidate.

12. Date of Admission/Registration 21st March 2026 (Saturday)

13. Class Begin from 15th April 2026.
